Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is one of Dilettante's highest priorities. However, while we hold ourselves and our products to the highest standards, we realize issues with products or shipments occasionally arise.

Customers can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt if they are unsatisfied with their purchase for any reason. Upon returning the item, Dilettante will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price, less any shipping charges.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and use Myntz!'s Contact Page immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.


Refunds

Myntz! will notify customers after returns are received and inspected. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. However, please remember it can take several days for a bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
